CASE STUDY
OKOA Skin
From hundreds to thousands. Real market feedback fueling DTC growth.

The challenge
OKOA Skin identified two emerging opportunities in the beauty space: an instant lifting cream designed to deliver an immediately noticeable experience, and an at-home microneedling system connected to the growing collagen-banking movement.
Rather than committing immediately to large-scale production, OKOA Skin needed a development and manufacturing partner who could validate demand through real customer feedback before scaling investment.
The approach: Demand-led product development
OKOA Skin began with hundreds of market-ready units. This gave the DTC team a practical way to introduce each concept, gather customer feedback, improve the product experience and validate demand through their own digital channels.
- Build hundreds
- Launch DTC
- Learn from customers
- Scale thousands

- Supports skin firmness and elastin production
- Reduces appearance of wrinkles
At-Home Microneedling System
Medical-grade titanium roller technology
Complete product ecosystem translation of the collagen-banking opportunity. Integrated serum formulation with applicator design, vial packaging, and full kit structure. Regulatory review shaped ingredient percentages and hero ingredient communication on final packaging.
- 300% greater absorption of active ingredients
- Powered by Matrixyl 3000 & 4-Butylresorcinol
- Addresses fine lines, dark spots & dull skin

Scaling with demand
Once customer response made the opportunity clearer, production expanded from hundreds of units into thousands. Cre8or managed the manufacturing infrastructure behind that growth, allowing OKOA Skin to remain focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and the ongoing development of its DTC brand.
OKOA Skin built the DTC brand and created the packaging design. Cre8or developed, refined, and manufactured the products behind it. Together, we turned emerging opportunities into scalable, profitable products ready for growth.
The result
Two emerging skincare opportunities became market-ready DTC products—and a production system designed to grow with demand. By validating through hundreds of units first, OKOA Skin de-risked the path to thousands while maintaining brand control and customer intimacy.
